SPF records are designed to properly authenticate emails that you send, lowering the chances they'll be sent to Spam or Junk folders.
CloudLoop uses MailChannels to relay outbound mail. If you are sending mail from Shared, VPS or Dedicated hosting, then your server's SPF record should look like this:
"v=spf1 +a +mx include:relay.mailchannels.net -all"
If you send mail using an external provider like GSuite or Office 365, then your SPF record will be different from the above. If you send mail using another service as well as from our servers, then you would add the contents of the two SPF records together.
For more information on how to add DNS records in the cPanel Zone Editor, please review cPanel's guide here.
Finally, to check that your SPF record is set up and propagating correctly, you can use the "SPF Record Lookup" on MXToolbox.
